This policy seeks that our bicycles reach the hands of our clients safely and at the lowest possible cost (without intermediaries) and with prices agreed with our partners in each country.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BICYCLES IN INVENTORY OR PRE-SALE IN ADVANCE
Difference between buying a bicycle in Stock/Inventory and a bike in advance pre-sale that has not yet arrived in the country.
Benelli Bike, through its platform and its local partners, can offer you the possibility to buy in advance the bicycle or accessory that is already in production in the country of origin, international transit, or in central warehouses. That can be sent directly to the address of your choice.
Generally, pre-sale bicycles may have a lower price than bicycles in Stock/Inventory with immediate shipping and longer delivery time of up to 150 days. Pre-sales only occur when Benelli Bike manufactures orders a new bicycle, and this only happens depending on the country, between 2 and 3 times a year. If you are a fan, we recommend you visit our official channels on Instagram, where we will generally publish in advanced pre-sale campaigns so that you take advantage of the opportunity to buy at a lower price, with bicycles already in stock.
Not everything is lost! Take advantage of promotional prices for bicycles in Inventory with Delivery of (1-5) days. Check in our ONLINE SHOP; specific bikes of the same model may have an additional discount either for its location because it is a particular Date or a single refund per season.

We will generate a return label and send it to you to print it and tape it outside of your return package and wait for the agreed pickup company to contact you to arrange delivery.

Benelli Bike Limited ("we" or "Benelli Bike") appreciates your purchase. Your satisfaction is the most important thing for us.
That is why we offer a generous return policy. If you are a consumer who purchased the bike directly from Benelli Bike, in your name and by our Terms and Conditions, you may return new and unused products that you purchased from us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
New and unused products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, and with the original box or packaging, including manufacturer's labels. You must provide a receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase for Benelli Bike. This receipt may be the one you have even received by email.
