Information you provide to us.

We may also work with other websites or platforms to serve you advertisements as part of a personalized campaign unless you notify us that you prefer not to use your information. We respect the wishes of anyone who does not want to be tracked by third-party advertising companies online. Security

BBIKE takes reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Transfer of information to other countries.

BBIKE has its headquarters in Italy and China. The information we collect is governed by Hong Kong law. By accessing or using the services or providing information to us, you consent to the processing, transfer, and storage of the information in Hong Kong and other countries, where you may not have the same rights and protections under local law.

Your options

Account information. You can update, correct, or delete information about yourself by logging into your account or emailing us at support@benelli.bike. If you wish to deactivate your account, please email us, but please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of your information for a specified period.

Location information. When you first start any of our mobile applications that collect location information, you will be asked for your consent for the app to collect this information. If you initially agree to our collection of location information, you can stop this at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device. You can also stop our collection of location information by following the standard uninstall process to remove all of our mobile applications from your device. Your BBIKE Electric Bicycle uses GPS to collect location information during regular operation. Because this information is necessary to provide you with our lost or theft tracking services and to provide usage statistics, you cannot disable location collection in your BBIKE product.

Cookies. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can generally choose to configure your browser to delete or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you want to delete or decline cookies, this could affect our Services' availability and functionality.

Promotional communications. You can opt-out of receiving promotional content from BBIKE by following the instructions in those emails or text messages. If you choose not to participate, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those related to your account or our ongoing business relationships.

Mobile Push Notifications / Alerts. With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can disable these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.
